Greasey potato baby help me?
Q. i saw a movie or short film about ten years ago that was black and white and it was about a couple who had a baby that looked like a greasey potato and it was very sick and oozey and im pretty sure the greasey potato baby died at the end. does anybody have any idea what im talking about? i would reaally love to know the title of this film thank you mamawhoever, thats it if i knew how to choose best answer i would. and whats all this noise about cher? hahaha

Stinky Maine Coon hiney..?
Q. I have a 5 year old Maine coon and last year around this time we were sent running to the vet! She had an odor coming from her rear and some oozey brown liquid. The vet stated she had a skin infection from the poop getting stuck to her backside and her being overweight. We seem to notice the smell again and sure enough...there is a HUGE mat of poo under her anus. What can we do other than going to get her bottom shaved every so often??

A. Have you considered having your vet teach you how to express anal glands? Its REALLY gross and smelly but it would help prevent infection. Its not comfy for your cat, but its helps in the long run. Keep the hiney shaved regularly though. She might not be able to clean properly back there. It might sound like work, but gentle baby wipes to clean the area could help as well to prevent irritation, but only once the skin infection has cleared and your vet says its ok.

Lovebird scab on wing?
Q. I have a lovebird that started picking at the top of his right wing about two weeks ago. When I first noticed it, it was a bright red color and was oozing in certain places. I took him to the vet, and the vet said he had three twisted feathers and pulled them. He gave me some steroid ointment and topical spray to put on the affected area for a week and said that he hoped that that would fix the problem. It was starting to look better, but my bird was still picking at the area and keeping it oozey. I put a collar/hood on him to keep him from picking at the area like the vet suggested. I stopped applying the steroid ointment three days ago since it had been a week. Now, the area is scabbed over which would be good, BUT... the scab is yellow,… [cont.]

Am i allergic to my board?
Q. i have a soft top surfboard and whenever i use it, my thighs, knees, and even the tops of my feet get really bad rashes, and the skin gets all raw and oozey and it really hurts (sorry if that was too much info) but why does that happen? And when i use a fiberglass board im totally fine? What's up with that?

A. It could be a couple of different things. Most likely scenario is it's friction between your skin and the board. Less friction on a glass board. Get a rash guard (or a wet suit) and see if that fixes things. Soft tops can hold water, which means they can also hold all the crap that's in the water. If you've been surfing in an area with drainage run-off, you may have some bacteria trapped in the material of your board. That could be causing more skin irritation. Like I said, though, it's more likely just friction. You could trying to wax your board too. In theory that's supposed to create more friction, but in this case it will be good. Scalp is dry, white and some bloody scabs and oozing?
Q. My head has been like this since I was 11 or 12 and I am 14 years old now My scalp is really dry, theres some sores around, white kind of scabs I can pick off and the occasional bloody one, and sometimes it gets oozey. I dont really care about it I just want to know what it is so I can just know my mom said its cradle cap but I am not a baby just fyi I have had eczema since I was a few months old, but its never been on my head, ever. but I doubt its eczema because my eczema isnt like this.

A. Well, I would be more concerned about the solution and it seems like you need to try a shampoo specifically for dry scalp (link below to several reviewed). If these don't work then you should get a prescription from your doctor or dermatologist. Do you really think that girls are going to want to have their hands in your hair and be turned on if you don't resolve this problem?

Want to hear from all females who've had their navel pierced???
Q. How long did it take for yours to be fully healed? Its been 2 months and 2 weeks since i had it done. I can change the navel ring now, but certain barbells make my piercing hurt, and have found that i need a certain size barbell. I dont have the standart 3/8" piercing. I need to use barbells that are 7/16" or longer to wear it comfortably. Will this change once it's fully healed, will it shrink down some so the 3/8 will fit ok? How often can i change the ring before i chance infecting it? Should it be changed when i want or leave it alone for a few weeks with each ring i put in? Changing it seems to irratate it alot and it starts to get really sore and oozey. Please, everyone give me their experinces so i know if i'm handling… [cont.]

A. I'd put it the most comfortable ring you have and leave it alone for a couple more months. If it's not completely healed and you keep changing it it is going to take even longer to heal. If it's oozing it's probably infected. Seems like nearly everyone's gets infected at first though, mine included. Just put some peroxide on it twice a day. Mine took about 6 months to heal. I've had it for years now and haven't had any problems with it since the begining.

i want a machine gun to protect against carjacker/burglar?

A. You can't own a machine gun made after 1986 without a federal license. You also can't carry a regular gun (pistol) around in most states without a concealed carry permit. For your home a regular handgun or shotgun is more than enough to protect yourself. If you want to carry a pistol around you will need to apply for a concealed carry permit, talk to you local police authorities to get one. Lastly, you can't just shoot people, most states have very strict laws regarding use of lethal force, check into them. A. I would keep giving her a sponge bath until you are 100% sure it's healed all the way. You can try and give her a regular bath if you really want, but if it were me I'd wait. Don't want to take the chance of the soap irritating it or getting it infected. Congrats on your little one!

Possible Rash, looks like ringworm?
Q. Does not itch, is not dry, not raised...help? It started as a small mark, looked like broken skin, kinda like a hicky on my stomach. then another appeared, now there's about 7 or 8 of them all on my stomach and one on my back. they're red, no white center. they're not raised, dry, itchy or oozey. It doesn't cause ANY discomfort, but now it looks like it's moved down to my leg because I found another one on my leg yesterday. What in the world could this be? i thought about ringworm, but it's not raised or itchy and it doesn't have a clear or white center or much of a ring shape at that. Q. Does not itch, is not dry, not raised...help? It started as a small mark, looked like broken skin, kinda like a hicky on my stomach. then another appeared, now there's about 7 or 8 of them all on my stomach and one on my back. they're red, no white center. they're not raised, dry, itchy or oozey. It doesn't cause ANY discomfort, but now it looks like it's moved down to my leg because I found another one on my leg yesterday. What in the world could this be? i thought about ringworm, but it's not raised or itchy and it doesn't have a clear or white center or much of a ring shape at that. It's not warm to the touch or hurt. But when i press on it, it stays red, it doesn't go away and fade back into red. please help...any suggestions will help. [cont.]

if a mother cat thought her baby was sick would she kill it?
Q. I have 6 kittens from a stray. One kittie had green oozey stuff comming out of its eye.I went to feed the mother today and that kitten is now vanished. Did the mother kill it maybe or???

A. The mother cat may have killed AND eaten it. One dies so that the other 5 will live. THAT'S NATURE'S WAY .

What are some effective ways to treat scalp psoriasis? Please help me, I can't get to a dermatologist!!!?
Q. My situation is actually a little complicated. I have an extremely flakey, slightly itchy scalp that I think, after some research, may be scalp psoriasis. The flakes are more like white scales that cling to my scalp in patches around the roots of my hair. Some flake of easily, while others, stick and require some picking at to get off. Even then, they don't fall out, the often stick to my hair, and often the area where they were becomes raw and red. Normally I would ask my parents to schedule a dermatologist appointment for me, however, my mom refuses to because she is convinced that this is an allergic reaction to hair dyes and hair products i use. I suggest that you should try the anti-psoriasis cream/spray combo from Champori.com It is based on herbs (no steroids) and works better than anything I tried for my scalp psoriasis: my patches cleared in just a couple of weeks and I haven't had a flare up for over a year now. It is truly the most effective treatment on the market today! Champori is a home-based company and you can find it easily online. Try it.

What the heck is on my skull flaky crustyish stuff?
Q. on my head i get these things that look like there dandruff flakes or something like i pick them off with my finger and it looks kinda like oozey? or like a booger its like flaky its very hard to describe...i used head and shoulders didnt work selsen blue didnt work i dnt think its dandruff but idk maybe it could be but there like little patches crusty flaky kinda and i can run my finger nail across n take the stuff out sometimes i rub my hand across my skull and the flakes just wont stop falling there mainly on my top head but now there goin on my back side of my head i put lotion on it b4 but it made my hair nasty becuase i guess it didnt soak into my skull so i was left with dried lotion..

Q. Thank you for coming to this page. I was shaving myself whilst naked with my electric razor and I began shaving my pubic hair and I accidentally chopped my penis CLEAN off. It is now just lying on the floor, looking back up at me, all oozey and flat. Some blood is dripping out of the hole I now have. What should I do. Old film, cant remember name?
Q. i saw a movie or short film about ten years ago that was black and white and it was about a couple who had a baby that looked like a greasey potato and it was very sick and oozey and im pretty sure the greasey potato baby died at the end. does anybody have any idea what im talking about? i would reaally love to know the title of this film
