How do I kill roundworm eggs in feces?
Q. I have confirmed my dig has roundworms and has been prescribed his doses of meds to clear it up. He has terrible diarrhea so it is virtually impossible to pick up all of the feces in the yard, My question is what do I do to ensure that the left over eggs in the diarrhea don't stick around and reenter his system? Is there anything that I can spray on the yard to kill the eggs? Any suggestions would be great.

Q. I have had a dark green colour to my feces recently, for the past 3 days, and I'm just wondering what this means? I drank this weekend, vodka and orange juice, sour puss and shnappes. Is there still alcohol coming out? I also have been having major headaches for the past few days. I bend down, and when I go to get up, the pain is almost unbearable in the front of my head. A. could be coloring from foods and drinks...sometimes green BM's are from something in the digestive area such as infection or reactions to foods.."Green poop", or feces with a green color can be caused by any number of things. In general, however, its causes fall into 2 categories: things from outside the body and things from inside the body. Outside agents that can cause green poop include certain foods (spinach, greens, etc.), food coloring (especially blue and green ones), and even antacids or iron supplements at times. The main inside-the-body agent that causes green discoloration of the stool is bile. Bile is a substance that is made by the liver and is stored in the gallbladder. It is darkly green in color. It is released… [cont.]

(embarrassed) How do I get feces off my kittens rear and legs?
Q. Are there any tricks to cleaning up my 8 week old kitten? He can't get feces off himself. I bath him in the sink, and I can't get it all off. He is very smelly and is there something besides kitten shampoo that would get this stuff off?? Help.
Asked by ukiah - Sat May 17 16:07:31 2008 - Cats - 4 Answers - Comments

A. Well, bathing a kitten every day can be quite a hassle and it's very drying to a kitten's sensitive skin, even if you use a gentle kitten shampoo. If you've already checked in with your vet and the kitten's okay and your kitty's not pooping on himself because he's sick or has worms, diarrhea, etc., then you can try the pre-moistened wipes used for cats. All the pet stores have them and I know that Wal Mart has them. Try and catch him as soon as he poops, so it doesn't have a chance to dry and mat into his fur. If you choose to bathe him then, keeping him warm after a bath is a must, as mentioned above.

A. Wild rabbits have feces that are about that size. Pet rabbits tend to have smaller pellet poop while wild rabbits have poop that is a bit larger. That's the only thing I can think of that may have found its way into your home through such a small hole. It would have to be a baby one too.

Feces and urine infected clothing, is it possible to wash and reuse the clothes?
Q. The drain in my basement recently overflowed and infected my clothes. The drain overflowed feces and urine infected water. Is it possible to wash and use the clothes, or do I have no choice but to throw them away?
Asked by - Sun Nov 14 23:53:36 2010 - Cleaning & Laundry - 2 Answers - Comments

A. If you have not already done so, wipe the fecal matter off the clothing and into the toilet. Get some warm water and stain remover, and apply the stain remover to the clothing. Wash the clothing according to directions and use bleach. Make sure that the color does not fade or become altered from interacting with the bleach. You may want to consider washing it twice just to be certain it is sanitary. It is important to wash the clothing as soon as possible. If it is from clothing such as white underwear, mixing Sprite with salt may remove the stain.

What is the best way to remove the smell of feces and urine from an oak hardwood floor?
Q. I have a child with special needs. On occasion he will smear feces in our home. Last night he urinated and defecated on the oak floor of his bedroom. Once we removed the feces, the floor was sanitized with bleach water and Murphy's Oil Soap. It still smelled strong. I have cleaned it with Oder Ban several times and it does not seem to make a difference. If anyone has any suggestions that would help to remove the strong odor, I would be very grateful!

Ramifications of putting a feces solution in a bottle and spraying it on people?
Q. My friend and I are both seniors in high school. We have people we have to get revenge on, so we're planning on s*** (poop) misting. This is when one mixes any sort of fecal matter with water, puts it in a spray bottle, then sprays it on things that people would come in contact with. We are going to spray actual people directly though. I was wondering what the legal and health ramifications of this are. Remember that the feces will be in trace amounts. Thanks everyone!

A. i would definitely not recomend doing this .. there are plenty of other ways of getting back at them if you must .. there are many health issues invloved with this and you can get into some legal trouble as well so i would say doing somethingelse with at least less health issues anyways whilei dont condone this and it can also get you in trouble if caught its just less ramifications . theres good ole fashion t-peing with toilet paper .. also theres not only that but forking the front yard .. where you get lots of plastic forks and place hundreds and hundreds in their yard till half of it is full .. which makes for a pain to pick up .. you soap the windows of the car or windows but id stick to that cus then at least it wont do any physical… [cont.]

Some environmentalists have suggested the use of human waste as a cheap means of making fertilizers. how can human feces be made into fertilizers? how can urine be made into fertilizers? and what are the dangers of using human waste as fertilizer?
Asked by kallie - Thu Jan 15 11:25:32 2009 - Biology - 3 Answers - Comments

A. urine and feces contain nitrates and nitrites which bacteria readily fixate into nitrogen gas, which is a powerful fertilizer. If you want to look at the whole system, go here: the main risks are to drinking water. Human waste (or any waste for that matter) often contains harmful bacteria, such as E.coli which can enter waterways from farm areas and harm an entire community.
